The Solat Workshop for Ladies is a guided 6-week journey to rediscover the essence of solah — where understanding meets devotion,

and every movement becomes an act of love for Allah.

It’s designed to help you perfect your prayer, not just in its form — but in its feeling.

You’ll learn to pray with clarity, focus, and meaning, so that every takbir, every sujood, every salam… feels intentional and alive.

Through a structured syllabus, reflective discussions, and practical guidance, you’ll gain both the knowledge and confidence to perform solah beautifully — in accordance with the Qur’an and Sunnah.

This isn’t just about fulfilling an obligation — it’s about rekindling your relationship with Allah, and returning to the calm that only prayer can bring.

1.  Introduction to Solah and Its Importance — rediscovering the value of solah in a Muslimah’s life.
2. Pre-requisites of Solah — purity, aurah, qiblah, and the conditions for acceptance.
3. Purification In-depth — detailed study of taharah for women.
4. Integrals (Rukun) of Solah — mastering the foundations of prayer.
5. Recitations in Solah — understanding the meanings behind your words.
6. What Invalidates Solah — protecting your prayer from mistakes.
